Apartments are generally large and include washing machine, heating and air-conditioning, television, DVD player, phone & high speed ASDL internet connections, Bed, Blankets, Gas Stove, Water Heater, Western Style Toilette, Fridge, Bowls and Plate, Knives, Forks, Spoons and Towels.  Keep in mind, Chinese bathrooms do not usually have bathtubs, there is a shower, no curtains and water goes everywhere which is pretty standard bathroom setup.
